In my kitchen, I have a large wooden cutting board that is ideal for slicing vegetables, chopping herbs, carving meats, rolling pie dough, and everything else in between. But for all those times when you only need to cut a lemon and a piece of garlic, it can be a pain to use (and clean) such a large cutting board. So for all these instances, I use a small plastic cutting board called a “bartender’s cutting board.”
