In the most simple definition, the Flavor Bible is a book of charts that list out ingredients, herbs, and spices pair well together. This book, however, is actually so much more. The book has in-depth chapters on the language of food, hundreds of quotes from industry leading chefs and farmers, and even example menu items from some of the top restaurants in the country. This would be a great gift for any foodie!
