Maple Serving Trays

This weekend I went to a wedding in Jackson, Wyoming.  The wedding was amazing and  the landscape made for the most effortlessly beautiful back drop {more photos from to come}. Everything in Jackson Hole, from the homes to the decor to the serving pieces, are rustic and seem to come directly from nature.

During the cocktail hour of the wedding reception, all of the hors d’oeuvre were served on wood serving trays.  The above trays by Spencer Peterman are very similar to the ones that were used.  For Houstonians, you can find these (and many other styles) at Kuhl-Linscomb

Wooden cutting boards in a variety of sizes and shapes were also used as serving peices.  One of my favorite websites for rustic serving pieces is Napa Style; they have tons of wood serving pieces and cutting boards that will help replicate this “one with nature” feel.
